Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell our services to clients across North America.
  • Develop, grow and nurture business relationships with small, medium and large organizations.
  • Be proactive and develop new business leads.
  • Follow-up on leads generated in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create, implement and execute on Sales Plan in line with company objectives.
  • Manage Sales cycle.

Goals and Expectations:

  • Provides input and recommendations to Marketing on current offerings; how to improve/expand and accelerate business growth.
  • Assists in developing sales plans.
  • Perform to the highest expectations of integrity and trust

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong track record of individual quota attainment.
  • Excellent solution-selling, negotiating and closing skill.
  • Strong time management, detail-oriented and organized.
  • Can multi-task.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • At least two year of sales experience.
  • Solid understanding of Genesys and contact center environment.
